SIXT in Reno, NV is seeking a Fleet Support Administrator to manage daily fleet operations, verify vehicle readiness, and coordinate repairs with dealerships and body shops. You will prepare vehicles for rental, track work orders, and support inventory management to keep the fleet available for customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless fleet operations by performing daily inventory checks, managing vehicle availability, and coordinating with dealerships and body shops for timely repairs
• Assist the Fleet Manager in scheduling maintenance and repairs, obtaining estimates, generating purchase orders, and organizing drivers to keep fleet running smoothly
• Prepare new vehicles for rental, handling tasks like adding documentation, decals, and tags, and ensuring they are added to our inventory system
• Oversee preparation of vehicles for disposal, completing condition reports, verifying equipment, and coordinating necessary repairs
• Monitor and track shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and planning for future fleet demand
