Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet maintenance and ensure safe working conditions.
• Develop a safety-focused culture for drivers and technicians.
• Hire, train, and evaluate fleet technicians; schedule certifications.
• Ensure vehicles are in proper working condition and document certifications.
• Manage parts, warranties, and annual budget; procure fuel and equipment.
• Coordinate with drivers on equipment operation and repair bids.
• Comply with OSHA, DOT, and Tax regulations.
• Produce weekly and monthly performance reports.
