Job summary

US Foods is seeking a Manager, Fleet to oversee all aspects of fleet maintenance and to foster a people‑centered culture focused on safety, service and cost. You will lead technicians, manage budgets and ensure compliant, reliable operations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in fleet equipment, at least 3 years in supervision, and strong skills in reporting, communication, and MS Office. Travel is about 10% and a CDL may be preferred for certain assignments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of fleet equipment experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DOT, Hazmat, and OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the fleet maintenance function and ensure safety.
• Lead a culture of safety for associates, customers and the public.
• Interview, hire and train fleet technicians; schedule training and evaluate performance.
• Manage purchasing, warranties, and parts inventory; develop yearly budget.
