  • Strong budget, policy, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assign services and activities within the Fleet Division and monitor inventory levels.
  • Develop and implement goals, policies, and priorities for assigned programs.
  • Monitor service delivery efficiency and determine staffing needs within policy guidelines.
  • Plan and review maintenance work plans, coordinate with vendors and contractors.
  • Develop and administer the division's annual budget; forecast staffing and equipment needs.
  • Ensure safety standards and training for staff; supervise performance and resolve issues.
