Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing workplace safety and fleet operations.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance programs and incident investigation.
• Ability to develop procedures and maintain records across locations.
• Strong communication, organization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record; ability to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of vehicles, trailers, and fleet equipment.
• Manage preventive maintenance, inspections, and records.
• Coordinate with repair vendors to control costs and downtime.
• Lead safety programs across offices and job sites.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor telematics and driver behavior.
• Provide regular safety training and document records.
