Republic Services is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead a maintenance team responsible for 60 vehicles and related equipment at one or more locations. You will plan, schedule, and direct preventative maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and systemic problem solving, with a focus on safety, productivity, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Maintenance Supervisor in transportation.
• Experience managing safety programs and OSHA compliance.
• Ability to supervise multiple technicians and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance shop operations and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and repairs for up to 60 vehicles.
• Monitor shop performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Lead training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Manage budget, payroll, and records in maintenance systems.
