Republic Services is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead a team of technicians responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of a fleet up to 60 vehicles at one or more Houston-area sites. You will ensure safe, compliant operations and optimize scheduling, costs, and productivity.

The role requires a strong background in engine, transmission, electrical and hydraulic systems, plus OSHA safety knowledge and staff development experience. High school diploma or GED required.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in the transportation industry with strong safety knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direction to technicians and lead on maintenance shop operations to ensure safe, efficient repairs.
• Plan and schedule repair work to maximize productivity and control overtime.
• Monitor shop performance, report to management, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, training and performance evaluations for maintenance staff.
