Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Business Unit Fleet Maintenance Manager to oversee up to 5+ maintenance shops and lead teams of technicians, supervisors, and managers responsible for preventive maintenance and repair of a fleet of up to 91+ trucks and related heavy equipment across multiple sites.

You will direct on-site operations, monitor safety and compliance, manage budgets and records, and travel as required to support maintenance across facilities.

• Lead daily shop huddles, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs across geographic areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
