Job summary

NFI is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to direct operations within the Dedicated Fleet and support the Project Manager as needed. The role emphasizes driver relations, dispatch duties, and collaboration across internal teams to ensure timely service.

The position requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and TMW. A solid customer-service mindset is essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation.
• MS Office and TMW experience strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication and decision making skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and multitask.
• Ability and availability to work extended hours if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintains positive relations with drivers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Communicates service issues to appropriate personnel.
• Performs load planning, driver scheduling and dispatch duties.
• Manages daily data entry in TMW.
• Coordinates weekly invoicing with home-office.
• Provides weekly KPI reports and maintenance scheduling.
• Assists Project Manager with safety and policy implementation.
• Maintains driver payroll and audits expense reports.
