Job summary

WeDriveU in Peoria, IL is seeking a Dispatcher to handle high-volume calls, coordinate with drivers, and respond to email inquiries while resolving issues throughout the day.

The role requires 3+ years in dispatch, customer service, or hospitality, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; TMS experience is a plus. CDL and bilingual ability are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in dispatch, call center, customer service or hospitality.
• Extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Experience using multiple software programs simultaneously with various open tabs.
• Excellent written and oral communication with interpersonal skills.
• Professional and energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• TMS experience preferred but not required.
• CDL preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor drivers throughout their routes.
• Communicate specific instructions to drivers regarding passenger pickups and drop-offs.
• Assist with investigating and resolving customer concerns.
• Monitor traffic flow and send out alerts as needed.
• Record incidents for vendor follow-up.
• Support Lost and Found process.
• Ensure all tasks comply with policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Additional duties may apply.
