The role requires multitasking and strong dispatching skills, with a focus on timely repairs and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED plus relevant dispatching experience, with advanced certifications viewed favorably.

• High school diploma or GED and 3 years of related dispatching experience.
• Knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assess and assign open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign the nearest and appropriate service provider for repairs.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow their requirements.
• Inform supervisor on delays or problems with repairs.
• Address problems and customer inquiries as they arise.
