• Strong knowledge of dispatching and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired promptly.
• Assess and assign open events.
• Verify proper authorization to dispatch events.
• Assign the nearest service provider for repairs.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow instruction.
• Report delays or problems to supervisor on duty.
