Job summary

Rumpke Waste and Recycling is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate driver routes, handle customer calls, and input information into the company data system. You will monitor GPS and assign loads, ensuring routes are completed and maintaining safety and DOT compliance.

Ideal candidates will have strong map-reading, communication, and multitasking abilities, plus experience with data entry and customer service. Willingness to work flexible hours and travel between offices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch work orders to drivers to provide service, mainly in commercial line.
• Provide dispatch coverage for other lines during absences.
• Receive calls from customers and handle with appropriate action.
• Troubleshoot and resolve service, pick-up and delivery issues.
• Assist management with daily activities of route drivers and ensure routes are completed.
