Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in a related field, or an alternative combo of degree/certification with up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trusted partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the unit is with the repair technician.
• Document accurately in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approvals for repairs and services.
• Schedule preventive maintenance to drive repeat business with proactive outreach.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Encourage proactive scheduling to create a steady pipeline of work.
