The role offers a flexible remote option anywhere in the United States, with an hourly base pay range and potential incentive programs. Training follows a 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET schedule, and the environment operates 24/7/365.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years in a related field.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Preferred: degree in related discipline or industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of fleet operations and ensure timely maintenance.
• Handle inbound calls promptly.
• Enter data and record unit locations accurately.
• Provide accurate billing information to service providers.
• Handle estimates promptly and accurately.
• Make outbound calls to obtain updates on open events.
• Keep customers updated on event status and follow instructions.
