Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Manager, Dispatch Follow Up to oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring service levels and customer satisfaction. You will lead supervisors and agents, drive process execution, and champion team development.

The role emphasizes people leadership, operational excellence, and customer advocacy in a dynamic, remote-friendly setting across the United States. Relevant automotive/fleet experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Strong relationship building and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach team members in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, team efficiency, phone metrics and staff utilization.
• Manage alerts and event monitoring tools.
• Maximize system processes and workflows.
• Assist team members with development, motivation and training.
• Conduct annual reviews and QIP measurements and reviews.
• Collaborate with HR in recruiting, interviews and promotions.
• Coordinate with HR and management on wages, hours and employee issues.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Engage with customers or vendors as needed to resolve events.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
