Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years in a related field; or a master/PhD with different experience mix.
• At least 1 year in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Strong relationship building, networking, and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-performance, fast-paced team environment.
• Adaptability to a constantly changing environment and strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach team members on operational excellence and dispatch timeliness.
• Manage alerts and event monitoring software.
• Ensure system processes are maximized.
• Support personal development, motivation, and training.
• Perform annual reviews and QIP measurements and reviews.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, interviews, and promotions.
• Work with HR and management on wages, hours, and employee issues.
• Provide policy and procedure enforcement guidance.
• Interact with customers or vendors to ensure proper event handling.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
