Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in a related field, or an equivalent combination.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily contact center operations to meet service levels and quality standards.
• Lead supervisors and agents; drive dispatch timeliness and staff utilization.
• Coach team on operational excellence; monitor metrics and alerts.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing; support promotions decisions.
• Collaborate with HR on wages, hours, and employee issues.
• Enforce company policies and handle vendor interactions as needed.
