Job summary

Cox Fleet is seeking a Manager, Dispatch Follow Up to oversee daily contact center operations, lead a team of supervisors and agents, and ensure service levels and customer satisfaction goals are met. This role focuses on process execution, team development, and customer advocacy in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and substantial leadership experience, with preference for automotive or fleet-management background and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field.
• Or a master’s degree with 4 years of related experience; Ph.D. with 1 year; or 10 years in a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role.
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Experience supporting process and operational excellence.
• Excellent relationship building, networking, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, and staff utilization.
• Manage alerts and event monitoring software.
• Ensure system processes are maximized.
• Assist team members in development, motivation, and training.
• Perform annual reviews and QIP measurements.
• Collaborate with HR on recruiting, interviews, and promotions.
• Work with HR on wages, hours and employee issues.
• Provide information and enforcement of company policies.
• Interact with customers or vendors to ensure proper handling of events.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
