Job summary

Cox Enterprises' Cox Fleet division seeks an experienced leader to manage a remote/hybrid team delivering high-performance fleet solutions. You will oversee dispatch operations, coach staff, and drive process improvements with HR support for staffing decisions.

The role emphasizes relationship building, strong communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with eligibility to work in the United States and a base salary within a broad range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
• Minimum 6 years' experience in related field
• 1+ year management/leadership experience
• Experience in automotive industry or fleet management preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Coach team in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, and staff utilization.
• Monitor alerts and optimize system processes.
• Support staff development, motivation, and training.
• Conduct annual reviews and QIP measurements.
• Collaborate with HR on interviews, hires, and promotions.
• Coordinate with HR and management on wages and hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Engage with customers or vendors to resolve events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
