Cox Fleet is seeking a senior operations leader to manage a remote/hybrid team supporting dispatch, performance coaching, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in related fields, with at least 1 year in a management role; automotive or fleet experience is preferred. Remote work options are available nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6+ years in a related field; alternative combos allowed (master's/PhD with varying years).
• At least 1 year in a management/leadership role in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in automotive industry or fleet management preferred.
• Excellent relationship building, networking, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach team members in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, team efficiency, and staff utilization.
• Manage alerts and monitoring software to maximize system processes.
