• Experience in automotive industry or fleet management preferred
• Strong relationship-building, networking, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members.
• Monitor and coach team members in operational excellence, dispatch timeliness, team efficiency, phone metrics and staff utilization.
• Manage alerts and event monitoring software to maximize system processes.
• Assist team members in personal development, motivation, and training.
• Perform annual reviews and QIP measurements and reviews.
• Collaborate with HR in recruiting, interviews and promotions decisions.
• Coordinate with HR and management on wages, hours, and employee issues.
• Provide guidance on company policies and procedures; interact with customers or vendors as needed.
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned.
