Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline with 6 years' experience, or an equivalent combination including a master's or Ph.D.
• At least 1 year of experience in a management/leadership role
• Experience in the automotive industry or fleet management is preferred
• Strong relationship building, networking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
• Strong problem solving and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage all assigned team members and monitor dispatch timeliness and staff utilization
• Coach team in operational excellence and phone metrics
• Oversee alerts and event monitoring; maximize system processes
• Support personal development, recruitment, and annual reviews
• Collaborate with HR on wages, hours, and employee issues
• Provide policy guidance and interact with customers or vendors as needed
• Handle other duties and projects as assigned
