Job summary

NFI Industries in the United States seeks a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the Dedicated Fleet operation, coordinating load planning, driver scheduling, dispatch, and daily data entry. You will support the Project Manager and departments with payroll, invoicing, safety policies, and KPI reporting.

The role requires 2–3 years in logistics, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and TMW. On-site position based in Kansas City with potential extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and TMW is strongly desired.
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate load planning, driver scheduling, and dispatch using Dedicated Fleet and Common Carrier resources.
• Maintain daily data entry in the TMW system and coordinate with home-office invoicing for weekly invoices.
• Provide KPI data reports and support safety, payroll, and expense processes.
• Assist Project Manager with Safety, Security, and Labor policies and cover departments during vacations.
