Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of dispatching/vehicle maintenance experience.
• Attention to multitasking and effective communication.
• Strong dispatching knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage fleet logistics to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
• Assign open events to the nearest service provider with proper authorization.
• Communicate ETA and follow customer requirements.
• Inform supervisor of delays or issues with repairs.
• Address customer inquiries as they arise.
• Support continuous operation in a 24/7/365 environment.
