Cox Enterprises is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to support Cox Fleet operations. You will coordinate fleet maintenance, assign events to the nearest service providers, and communicate ETA to customers to ensure timely repairs.

The role requires strong dispatching skills, multitasking ability, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Shifts vary to cover 24/7/365 operations and provide flexible options for work schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience with fleet dispatching and breakdown/tire dispatching.
• Knowledge of coordinating service providers and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage logistics of fleet operations to ensure timely maintenance.
• Assign open events to nearest service providers with proper authorization.
• Inform customers of ETA and follow specific requirements.
• Notify supervisor of delays or repair issues promptly.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve problems as they arise.
