Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC (MHC) is seeking a DOT Compliance and Fleet Specialist to manage DOT safety compliance, driver qualification files, drug/alcohol testing, and CSA score reporting at our Texas operations.

The role requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and the ability to audit records, coordinate training, and support the Safety Department with administrative tasks. On-site position with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred.
• Experience with DOT regulations or DOT compliance programs strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Initial Driver Qualification file setup, review, and approval.
• Audit Driver Qualification files for accuracy and completeness.
• Manage ELDT training verification for new CDL applicants.
• Oversee DOT drug and alcohol testing program administration.
• Review and manage vehicle maintenance and CSA score reporting.
• Provide training on compliance programs and support Safety Department.
