Job summary

MasTec Renewables seeks a DOT Compliance & Fleet Safety Specialist to administer FMCSR-driven programs, manage driver qualifications, drug and alcohol testing, and monitor fleet safety data.

Based in the United States with locations onsite within 60 miles of office locations; travel to sites may be required. The role emphasizes confidentiality of regulated driver records and collaboration with Sr. Manager of DOT Compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associates degree preferred.
• Three to five years’ relevant experience.
• Previous DOT Compliance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DOT Compliance and Fleet Safety processes per policy and regulations.
• Serve as subject matter resource for DOT compliance inquiries.
• Conduct and support internal/external DOT audits.
• Prepare quarterly/annual/ad hoc compliance reports to track fleet safety.
