Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Transportation Compliance Specialist to ensure DOT compliance across all locations. The role focuses on FMCSA regulations, hours of service, and ELDs, with responsibility for driver qualification and safety program execution.

You will partner with HR and operations, lead investigations of incidents, manage onboarding and training for drivers, and travel up to 50% across Concordance sites to maintain high standards of regulatory compliance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations or related field; equivalence accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years in transportation or distribution management.
• Extensive knowledge of FMCSA/DOT regulations, HOS rules and ELDs.
• Knowledge of Federal and State traffic laws for tractor/trailer equipment.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Willing to travel to Concordance locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and train programs.
• Maintain driver qualification processes per FMCSA standards.
• Support HR with background checks and medical screenings.
• Be main DOT safety compliance contact for personnel and managers.
• Oversee electronic logs to stay compliant with DOT regs.
• Coordinate with locations to source work and ensure CMV maintenance.
• Travel up to 50% (some weeks 100%).
