Confidential is seeking a Fleet Compliance Coordinator to identify and address hazards across the company’s fleet. You will manage DOT Driver Qualification Files, DOT Drug/Alcohol programs, and FMCSA Hours of Service standards, ensuring driver logs and safety compliance.

The role requires an Associate degree in a related field, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and 3+ years in fleet maintenance or supervision. Strong communication and computer skills are essential for success.

Competenze

• Associate degree in facilities management, building, business, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance and/or Fleet Manager/Supervisor.

Mansioni

• Identify and address hazards and risks through fleet assessments.
• Administer DOT Driver Qualification Files and DOT Drug/Alcohol programs.
• Manage FMCSA Hours of Service standards and Driver-Logs compliance.
• Submit and maintain documentation related to DOT FMCSA MCS1250, Clearinghouse, UCR, Insurance.
• Schedule and maintain maintenance schedules and vehicle inspections.
• Oversee contracted services and internal staff; ensure vehicles meet safety standards.
