Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED with 3 years in a related field, or equivalent combo up to 5 years of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across organizational levels.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build partnerships.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple tasks.
• Proficient with Excel and data entry; able to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes across markets.
• Manage follow-up maintenance transactions from origination to custody by technicians.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external calls.
• Schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business and optimal scheduling.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign technicians to accounts.
• Encourage customers to schedule repairs in advance for a steady workload.
• Support Dispatching and Service Scheduling improvements.
• Handle additional duties and special projects as assigned.
