Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships.
• Strong Excel and data entry skills.
• Experience or familiarity with trucking or fleet maintenance is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with billing processes in all markets.
• Manage the billing transactions lifecycle from origination until custody by the repair technician.
• Document customer contact in Cox Fleet systems accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Obtain customer approval for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians.
• Contribute to expanding Dispatching and Service Scheduling capabilities.
• Carry out additional duties and special projects as assigned.
