Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; related discipline with additional certs/degree acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage across levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and build positive relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry; able to learn new platforms quickly.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the billing process in all markets in the area.
• Manage the follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination to repair completion.
• Document customer interactions accurately in Cox Fleet systems.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
• Establish professional rapport with customers and obtain approvals for repairs and services.
• Proactively schedule preventative maintenance to drive repeat business.
• Coordinate with Field Operations to assign the right technicians to accounts.
• Encourage advance scheduling to maintain a steady workflow for technicians.
• Support dispatching and service scheduling improvements.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
