Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining.
• Oversee capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
• Oversee lifecycle strategies including acquisition, replacement, and disposal.
• Build partnerships with operations, finance, and equipment groups.
