Job summary

Ledcor Group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Asset Management to shape the strategy for our US Heavy Civil & Mining fleet. You will lead lifecycle planning, capital investments, fleet performance, and supplier partnerships to ensure teams have the right equipment at the right time.

You will build a high-impact program, align fleet priorities with operations and growth plans, oversee budgets and asset economics, and drive long-term financial performance through vendor negotiations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in fleet or asset management leadership roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in complex environments.
• Experience leading capital budgets and long-range asset strategies.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment lifecycle, rates, and rental vs ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
• Develop and execute long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining.
• Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
• Oversee lifecycle strategies: acquisition, replacement, rental, disposal.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, and OEMs for alignment.
• Negotiate with suppliers to improve availability, service, and value.
