Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to shape the strategy for a large US fleet in heavy civil and mining. You will guide investments, lifecycle planning, and supplier partnerships to ensure teams have the right equipment when needed to drive performance.

You will lead a high-impact team, develop long-range asset strategies, and work closely with Operations and Finance to optimize fleet value and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with leadership experience in a complex asset/fleet environment.
10+ years in fleet, asset management, or related business leadership roles.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results in operations.
Experience with capital budgeting, fleet investment planning, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of heavy equipment lifecycle, rates, and rental-vs-ownership decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
Develop and execute long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining.
Oversee capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investments.
Direct equipment lifecycle strategies including acquisition, replacement, and disposition.
Foster partnerships with Operations, Finance, OEMs, and suppliers to optimize fleet value.
