Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to lead the strategy behind the US Heavy Civil & Mining fleet. You will oversee lifecycle planning, capital budgeting, and fleet performance to ensure the right equipment is available when needed, enabling strong operational and financial results.

You will lead the asset management team, drive key partnerships with operations and suppliers, and shape long-range asset strategies to maximize fleet value and return on capital.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in fleet or asset management or related leadership roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams in a complex, operational environment.
• Strong experience leading capital budgets, fleet investment planning, and long-range asset strategies.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment lifecycle management, fleet economics, and lease vs buy decisions.
• Experience building strategic relationships with OEMs, equipment vendors, and service partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team, setting priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for the US Heavy Civil & Mining business.
• Lead capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle strategies including acquisition, replacement, and disposal decisions.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, Ledcor Equipment Group, and Equipment Operations to align fleet priorities.
• Lead equipment sourcing and supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance reviews.
