Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to shape the future of our US Heavy Civil & Mining fleet. You will lead strategy behind equipment investments, lifecycle planning, fleet performance, and supplier partnerships to ensure we have the right equipment at the right time to deliver results.

This is a high-impact leadership role influencing business decisions, optimizing a large fleet portfolio, and driving long-term operational and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in fleet management, asset management, equipment finance, procurement, or related leadership roles.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams in a complex environment.
• Experience leading capital budgets, fleet investment planning, financial analysis, and long-range asset strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team, setting priorities, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for Ledcor's US Heavy Civil & Mining business.
• Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions to optimize financial performance.
• Oversee equipment lifecycle strategies, including acquisition, replacement, leasing, and disposal decisions.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, Ledcor Equipment Group, and Equipment Operations to align fleet priorities.
• Lead equipment sourcing and supplier relationships, including negotiations and performance reviews.
