Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years in fleet or asset management leadership.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in complex environments.
• Strong track record in capital budgeting, fleet investment planning, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the asset management team, setting priorities and development plans that strengthen accountability and results.
• Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining operations.
• Lead capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions to optimize financial performance.
• Oversee lifecycle strategies including acquisition, replacement, and disposal decisions.
• Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, and Equipment Groups to align fleet priorities.
• Lead sourcing and supplier relationships with OEMs and vendors to improve availability and value.
