Job summary

Ledcor is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management to shape the future of the US heavy civil and mining fleet. You will drive long-term fleet strategy, lifecycle planning, and capital investments to optimize performance and return on capital.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on enabling operations with the right equipment. You will lead an asset management team, build strong partnerships with Operations, Finance, and OEMs, and ensure disciplined asset strategies across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
10+ years in fleet/asset management or related leadership roles.
Proven leadership experience in complex operational environments.
Experience with capital budgets, fleet investment planning, and financial analysis.
Knowledge of heavy equipment lifecycle management and fleet economics.
Experience negotiating with OEMs, equipment vendors, and service partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
Develop and execute the long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining segments.
Oversee capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
Manage equipment lifecycle strategies including acquisition and disposal decisions.
Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, and Equipment Groups to align priorities.
Lead sourcing and supplier negotiations to improve availability and fleet value.
