Job summary

Ledcor Group in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, Asset Management to turn fleet strategy into a competitive edge. You will shape long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining, and lead the asset management team to ensure the right equipment is available when needed to support operations and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent mix of education and experience in a related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership in fleet Asset/Asset management or related roles.
Strong experience with capital budgeting, long-range asset strategies, and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead the asset management team with clear priorities and development plans.
Develop and execute a long-term fleet strategy for US Heavy Civil & Mining business.
Oversee capital budgeting, forecasting, and fleet investment decisions.
Manage lifecycle strategies including acquisition, replacement, and disposal decisions.
Build partnerships with Operations, Finance, OEMs, and suppliers to optimize fleet value.
