Education

10+ years of progressive fleet/asset management leadership

Proven leadership in complex, operational environments

Experience with capital budgets, fleet investment planning, financial analysis

Knowledge of heavy equipment lifecycle, fleet economics

Experience negotiating with OEMs, equipment vendors and service partners
