Job summary

ONE Gas is seeking a Fleet Asset Coordinator in Austin, TX. The role focuses on ensuring asset availability, reliability, safety, and regulatory compliance for fleet operations.

You will collaborate with operations management to assess needs, coordinate installations and repairs, and manage vendor relations. Responsibilities include compiling maintenance reports, evaluating repairs, and communicating vehicle capabilities to staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2–4 years relevant experience; minimum 1 year.
• Experience with garage operations and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Support design, acquisition and upfitting of fleet assets.
• Assess needs with Operations management for vehicles/equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance/repairs with garages and contractors.
• Provide input on supplier performance and selection.
• Compile inspection/maintenance and budget information.
• Ensure adherence to company vehicle standards.
