Model 1 Commercial Vehicles in Austin, TX is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to manage day-to-day fleet orders and serve as the primary contact between corporate clients, dealerships, upfitters, and service vendors. You will track orders from request to delivery, ensure specifications and pricing align, escalate delays, and keep internal teams informed with clear updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in fleet coordination, commercial vehicle operations, or related roles.
• Experience working with OEMs, FMCs, dealerships, upfitters, or large fleet customers preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to track order data, pricing, and status updates.
• Able to communicate updates clearly to sales, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between OEMs, internal teams, FMC partners, dealerships, upfitters, and service vendors (fleet orders).
• Track orders from request through production, upfit, delivery, and final sale or assignment.
• Confirm order details, specifications, pricing, and delivery expectations are aligned; escalate delays as needed.
• Update systems and provide clear summaries and next steps to involved teams.
