Job summary

Enterprise Electrical seeks a Fleet Coordinator in Dallas to manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company’s fleet of vehicles and equipment. You will work with field leadership, Operations, Safety, HR, Accounting, vendors, and employees to coordinate assignments, preventive maintenance, registrations, inspections, fuel programs, and fleet records.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet administration or transportation operations.
• Strong organizational skills with multiple vehicles and deadlines.
• Ability to track preventive maintenance and follow up on items.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service oriented when interacting with field staff and vendors.
• Ability to escalate issues appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
• Read and understand vehicle service records, invoices, and fleet reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, vehicle assignments, and utilization.
• Maintain records for registrations, inspections, insurance, mileage, and maintenance.
• Schedule preventive maintenance, servicing, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with mechanics, dealers, towing, rental agencies, and vendors.
• Monitor downtime and minimize disruptions to operations.
• Track fuel usage, mileage, and fleet costs.
• Prepare fleet reports and performance metrics for management.
• Assist with acquisitions, replacements, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Communicate with drivers regarding availability and safety requirements.
