Job summary

Virginia Transformer Corporation is seeking a highly organized Fleet & Asset Coordinator to support our expanding Field Service organization across North America.

This role coordinates the field service fleet, trailers, tools, and specialized equipment, ensuring readiness, safety, and regulatory compliance while partnering with Field Service Managers, Project Managers, Safety, and Accounting to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management, equipment coordination, field service operations, logistics, or asset management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the Field Service fleet and trailers.
• Manage inventory of field service tools, PPE, and equipment.
• Support equipment mobilizations/demobilizations for field projects.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, OSHA, and company policies.
• Generate reports on fleet utilization and maintenance expenses.
