Job summary

Enterprise Electrical is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to oversee daily fleet administration, assignment, maintenance, and documentation of vehicles and equipment across field and office operations.

The role interfaces with operations, safety, HR, accounting, and vendors to schedule maintenance, track costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate fleet records while supporting continuous site operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of fleet coordination/administration or related experience preferred.
• Experience with fleet management or GPS/telematics is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations, including vehicle assignments, availability, scheduling, and utilization.
• Maintain accurate records for vehicles, including registration, inspections, insurance, mileage, maintenance, and repair history.
• Schedule and monitor preventive maintenance, routine servicing, inspections, and repairs.
• Coordinate with mechanics, dealerships, towing companies, rental agencies, and other fleet service vendors.
• Prepare fleet reports and performance metrics for management review.
