Job summary

Cox Enterprises is seeking an account liaison to coordinate and execute SLA commitments and serve as the primary contact for auction vendors and clients. You will engage with clients to understand requirements, upsell CAI products and services, and ensure work is completed to expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience.
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
• Review sale lineup vehicles and ensure on-time vehicle readiness.
• Support client teams and monitor reconditioning and communications.
• Educate clients on Cox products and services.
• Coordinate reconditioning and audit condition reports and imagery.
• Develop understanding of auction services concepts and procedures.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel.
• Support safety initiatives and follow Health & Safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
