SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader – Operations for the 5th Avenue Flagship. You will partner with the Store Leader to ensure operational excellence, drive business results, and provide consistent customer service in a high-volume flagship environment.

You will grow leadership skills while shaping the store's success, contribute to SKIMS growth, and advance within the organization. This role emphasizes organized, solutions-oriented leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and store operations.
• Strong understanding of inventory and shipment processes in fast-paced retail.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and leadership under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with focus on operational excellence.
• Oversee Back of House ops, inventory accuracy, and flow.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and real-time solutions.
• Own damage processing, returns, and inventory accuracy.
• Train staff on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Provide floor leadership during peak hours and model customer-obsessed service.
• Train on fit, function, and product knowledge for confident service.
• Coach team on visual standards and brand-aligned product placement.
• Use data and store reporting to optimize stock and KPI goals.
• Communicate feedback on allocation, product flow, and customer data.
