Job summary

SKIMS is seeking an Assistant Store Leader (Operations) for the 5th Avenue Flagship to partner with the Store Leader in ensuring operational excellence and strong customer service. You will manage back-of-house, inventory, and floor execution while coaching teammates to uphold brand standards in a high-volume environment.

The role offers leadership growth, exposure to flagship-store operations, and the chance to impact store results and customer experience daily.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in a retail leadership or operations-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory systems, shipment handling, and operational processes.
• Deep understanding of customer service principles and delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and lead with confidence.
• Passion for the SKIMS brand and embodying our service approach.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations with a focus on Operational Excellence.
• Oversee Back of House operations including shipment, inventory, and organization.
• Manage replenishment, product availability, and real-time solutions.
• Own returns, damage processing, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper function of store equipment and reporting service needs.
• Train the team on policies, safety, and loss prevention.
• Lead floor operations during peak hours and model customer-obsessed service.
• Lead training on fit, function, and product knowledge.
• Coach on visual standards and on-brand product placement.
• Utilize store data to support inventory and KPI goals.
• Communicate with Store Leader and HQ on allocation and product flow.
• Plan and execute floor sets and store initiatives.
